All orders are considered confirmed once payment is completed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that contain incorrect information, abnormal transactions, fraudulent behavior or out-of-stock situations. All displayed prices are final and exclude international shipping fees and local import taxes/VAT, which may be charged by local customs according to national regulations.
1.3 Dropshipping & Neutral Shipping Statement
We support blind dropshipping and neutral packaging services. For specified neutral models, no brand logo, company information or promotional materials will be included on products or packages. We will ship goods directly to your designated end customers without any invoice or seller information inserted in the parcel.
1.4 Intellectual Property
All website texts, images, videos, logos and design content are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction, duplication, commercial use or secondary modification is strictly prohibited. Neutral packaged products only support authorized sales through our official supply channel; unauthorized trademark imitation and patent infringement are not allowed.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy 

We provide global dropshipping services with EU local warehouse delivery support. Orders shipped from EU warehouses usually take 3–7 working days to European countries. Delivery time may be slightly delayed due to customs inspection, peak season logistics, weather or regional policy adjustments.
We are responsible for arranging shipment and providing tracking numbers. Buyers shall bear all local import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees incurred during transportation. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, local logistics distribution and force majeure factors.

4. Return & After-sales Policy 

We provide standard after-sales service for all defective products. Customers can apply for replacement or free maintenance for quality problems within the valid warranty period.
Returns caused by personal reasons (dislike, wrong purchase, unnecessary purchase) shall be borne by the buyer for return shipping fees. We do not support free return for artificially damaged products, improper use damage and lost accessories.
All after-sales requests need to provide order number, product photos and video evidence for official verification and processing.
